Terms of Service (Applies to Pro & Basic Tools Only)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between Wisdom Waves Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the user of our fee-based tools on wisdomwaveshub.in. These Terms govern the use of our paid Pro and Basic calculators/tools only. Free content, blog posts, and freely accessible demos are outside the scope of these Terms and are provided “as-is”.

2) Accepting these Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using any Pro or Basic tool, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use paid tools (you may continue to browse free content).

Age & capacity
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3) Accounts, eligibility & subscriptions

  • Account security: Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Plans: Basic (limited features) and Pro (full features). Plan details and inclusions are described on our pricing page.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled in your account or by contacting us.
  • Fair use: We may rate-limit high-volume automated usage that affects service stability.

4) Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the paid tools for your internal professional work. You may export reports and outputs for clients/projects.

  • No resale, sublicensing, “service bureau”, or offering our tools as your own product.
  • No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or bypassing technical limits.
  • No use that violates law, infringes IP, or introduces security risks.
Team use
Unless your plan explicitly includes seats, accounts are single-user. Contact us for team licensing.

5) Payments, renewals & refunds

  • Billing: You authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the subscription fee for the plan you select.
  • Renewals: Unless cancelled before renewal, your plan auto-renews at then-current pricing. We’ll notify you if prices change.
  • Refunds: For digital subscriptions, refunds are generally not provided after access has begun, except where required by law or our posted Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account page or by contacting support—access continues until the period ends.

6) Intellectual property

The site, software, calculators, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service.

You’re responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you upload or enter. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to operate the service.

7) Engineering calculators — important disclaimer

Our calculators and outputs are for guidance and education. They are not a substitute for a competent professional’s judgment, sealed engineering designs, code compliance reviews, or authority approvals. Always verify against applicable standards, manufacturer data, and project conditions.

Standards & clauses
Where a tool references standards (e.g., IS, ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBSE), you must verify the exact edition and clause applicability. We don’t guarantee completeness or suitability for your use case.

8) Service availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Planned maintenance windows may occur; urgent fixes may be applied without notice.

9) Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

As-is. The paid tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

No consequential damages. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.

10) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid tools if you materially breach these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Certain clauses survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, governing law).

11) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply.

Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, please email us to attempt an informal resolution within 15 days.

12) Privacy & data

Your use of paid tools is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy which explain what data we collect and how we use it. If you’re in the EU/UK (or serve users there), additional rights may apply under GDPR.

13) Grievance redressal (India)

We maintain a grievance redressal mechanism and appoint a Grievance Officer in India for our platform. Contact details:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24–48 hours and to resolve them within the legally required period.

How to file a grievance
Include: your name and contact, description of the issue, relevant URLs/screenshots, and any supporting documents. We’ll share a ticket ID for tracking and status updates.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use of paid tools after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
